Ten Eyck Tuesday!

Yesterday was a good day. Wait, make a that GREAT day. Why? Because I did something I have wanted to do since I got myself into this photography craziness. . . .I was a part of a photography workshop with the great Carla Ten Eyck at the helm. Carla is amazing. . .there is no other way to describe her and the images she captures - pure talent combined with a kickin' personality. .  .          need I say more? Carla began offering the Ten Eyck Tuesday workshop back in October and in the past has used locations in and around Hartford to shoot (like a footpath going over the highway!?!) but this time we stayed in her beautiful victorian house and had the privilege of shooting the lovely Jackie Greenberg of JAG studios. Jackie is super photogenic and has so much spunk and style, not to mention she is ridiculously comfortable in front of the camera, which made our job so easy!! The possibilities were endless as far as spots in Carla's house to shoot, believe it or not we actually spend most of the day in her sunshine-filled upstairs hallway. Just goes to show you really can shoot any where and come up with some interesting stuff.
Thanks again to Carla, Jackie,  Melissa, Jessica, and Maura - what a great group! Hope to see ya'll soon!
